1. Preamble and Scope of Application of Service Terms

1. These Service Terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the operator of FastLink VPN (hereinafter referred to as "we / FastLink VPN") and users (hereinafter referred to as "you") regarding the use of FastLink VPN products and services.

2. These Terms apply to all products and services provided by FastLink VPN, including but not limited to:

FastLink VPN official website (including mobile-adapted version), Windows/macOS/Android/iOS/TV clients, and router firmware;

Free trial services, paid subscription services, enterprise customized services, and technical support services;

Supporting services such as account system, payment and settlement, customer service consultation, and after-sales guarantee.

3. Your use of FastLink VPN by any means (registering an account, downloading the client, clicking "Agree", or using the service) shall be deemed as your full reading, understanding, and agreement to all contents of these Terms; if you do not agree, you shall immediately stop using all FastLink VPN services.

4. We reserve the right to modify these Terms in accordance with updates to laws and regulations, business adjustments, service optimizations, etc. Major modifications will be notified 7 natural days in advance through official website announcements, client pop-ups, emails, etc.; continued use of the service shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified Terms.



2. Definition and Scope of Services

1. Core Service Definition

FastLink VPN provides legal and compliant virtual private network acceleration services to users, aiming to help users optimize network access experience and protect network privacy and data security. The core services include:

Global server node access, network link optimization, and encrypted data transmission;

Multi-terminal device adaptation (the number of devices supported by a single account is subject to the subscribed package);

Basic services such as account management, subscription renewal, troubleshooting, and technical consultation.


2. Limitations on Service Scope

Only provide network acceleration technical services, and do not provide content production, content distribution, content review, or other services;

Do not guarantee service availability under all network environments (such as operator restrictions, regional policy restrictions, etc.);

Do not promise the access effect of specific network services/websites/APPs (we are not liable for access abnormalities caused by changes in third-party platform rules);

The number of nodes, bandwidth, duration, stability, etc. of free trial services may be limited, subject to the display on the page.


3. Service Regions and Compliance Boundaries

Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the countries/regions where service nodes are located;

Do not provide services to regions/users subject to international sanctions or prohibited by law;

Legally use FastLink VPN services in accordance with these Terms and the subscribed package;

Obtain service quality assurance matching the paid amount (such as number of nodes, bandwidth, stability);

Submit consultations, complaints, and refund applications for service issues (in accordance with refund rules);

Independently choose whether to accept service updates and function adjustments;

Cancel the account and request deletion of personal data (in accordance with the Privacy Policy);

Put forward reasonable suggestions on the service terms, and we will evaluate and give feedback.


2. Obligations That Users Must Perform

(1) Account Usage Obligations

The account is owned by FastLink VPN, and users only have the right to use it; they shall not sell, rent, lend, or transfer the account;

Properly keep the account password; losses caused by account leakage or theft due to the user's own reasons shall be borne by the user;

One account may only be used on the number of devices specified in the package; sharing among multiple users, cracking authorization, and malicious account brushing are strictly prohibited;

Provide a true and valid email address when registering an account (for password retrieval and receiving service notifications); the user shall be responsible for service abnormalities caused by false information.


(2) Service Usage Obligations

Strictly comply with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law, and other laws and regulations, and shall not use FastLink VPN to engage in the following behaviors:

Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining ethnic unity;

Spreading illegal information, pornographic content, violent and terrorist content, or false rumors;

Infringing upon others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, and other legitimate rights and interests;

Engaging in illegal and criminal activities such as network attacks, telecom fraud, online gambling, or money laundering;

Circumventing supervision, cracking others' systems, stealing others' data, or maliciously occupying server resources;

Other behaviors that violate public order and good customs or laws and regulations.

Shall not conduct reverse engineering, cracking, tampering, or compiling of FastLink VPN services, nor produce or disseminate cracked/pirated clients;

Shall not use technical means to interfere with the normal operation of the service (such as traffic brushing, malicious connection/disconnection, server attacks, etc.);

Cooperate with our compliance inspections and provide necessary identity/usage certificates (only when required by law or for service security needs).


(3) Other Obligations

Timely pay attention to update notifications of service terms and privacy policies;

Bear full responsibility for the consequences arising from your use of the service;

Properly back up your own data; we are not liable for data loss or damage (unless caused by our gross negligence).



4. Our Rights and Obligations

Provide, adjust, and optimize FastLink VPN services (including node layout, protocol types, and functional modules) in accordance with these Terms;

Take restrictive measures against users who use the service in violation of regulations: warning, suspension of service, termination of service, account banning, recovery of losses (including but not limited to:

Detection of account sharing, theft, or malicious use;

Detection of illegal or non-compliant use;

Violation of other core obligations under these Terms);

Refuse to provide services to malicious or non-compliant users without prior notice;

Cooperate with regulatory authorities in investigations and provide necessary information as required by laws and regulations (in accordance with the Privacy Policy);

Adjust service prices and package contents according to market conditions (announced 7 days in advance, and existing subscribers shall not be affected);

Suspend/terminate part or all of the services in case of force majeure, technical failures, policy adjustments, etc. (notify users in a timely manner).


2. Obligations That We Must Perform

(1) Service Provision Obligations

Provide stable and available VPN acceleration services in accordance with the subscribed package;

Ensure the basic operation of service nodes, and regularly maintain and upgrade servers and clients;

Timely fix service vulnerabilities and resolve major faults (fault response time: 24 hours for general issues, 2 hours for major issues);

Provide 7×24-hour customer service support (online customer service, email customer service) to respond to user consultations/complaints in a timely manner.


(2) Security and Privacy Protection Obligations

Strictly comply with the Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information and data security;

Adopt industry-leading encryption technologies and security architectures to prevent data leakage and network attacks;

Do not collect or store users' network behavior data (in accordance with the zero-log commitment);

Conduct regular security audits to improve service security.


(3) Other Obligations

Publicize key information such as service prices, package contents, refund rules, and customer service methods;

Issue invoices in accordance with the law (in accordance with tax regulations after the user submits an application);

Notify users of major modifications to the service terms in advance;

Bear direct losses of users caused by our intentional/gross negligence (in accordance with the upper limit stipulated by law).



5. Service Fees and Payment Rules

1. Fee Standards

FastLink VPN services are divided into free trial version and paid subscription version; the free version has no fees, and the price of the paid version is subject to the display on the official website;

Paid packages include: monthly card, quarterly card, annual card, lifetime card, enterprise customized package, etc. Different packages have different service scopes/rights;

Prices may be adjusted due to promotions, regions, and package types, subject to the payment page.


2. Payment Rules

Supported payment methods: Alipay, WeChat Pay, credit card, PayPal, etc. (subject to the display on the page);

After payment is completed, subscription rights take effect immediately (system delay shall not exceed 10 minutes);

Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment institutions; we do not store sensitive information such as bank card numbers and payment passwords;

If payment fails, we will assist in troubleshooting but are not liable for losses caused by third-party payment institutions.


3. Refund Rules

(1) Applicable Scenarios for Refunds

Full refund may be applied for within 7 days after payment if the service is not used after payment (no account login or any connection records);

If the service has major faults and we fail to repair them within 72 hours, users may apply for full/partial refund;

If we unilaterally terminate the service, users may apply for a pro-rata refund for unused subscription duration;

If a minor recharges without the guardian's consent, the guardian may apply for a full refund by providing proof (identity verification is required).


(2) Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refund applications due to subjective reasons such as "dissatisfaction", "no longer needed", or "unable to use" after the service has been used (connection records generated or duration consumed);

Account banning or service termination caused by the user's violation of regulations;

Inability to use the service due to the user's own network environment or device problems;

Inability to access specific content due to changes in third-party platform rules or regional policy restrictions;

Invoices have been issued and cannot be cancelled/red-lettered (the invoice must be returned first);

Refund application period exceeds 7 days (refund rules do not apply to free trial services).


(3) Refund Process

Users submit refund applications + order number + refund reason through customer service channels;

We will review within 1-3 working days; after approval, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 3-7 working days;

Refund amount = (unused duration / total duration) × paid amount (used duration is calculated by natural days).



6. Suspension, Termination of Services and Account Cancellation

1. Service Suspension

Our reasons: server maintenance, fault repair, policy adjustment (announced in advance, maintenance duration generally does not exceed 4 hours);

User reasons: arrears, violation warnings, account abnormalities (suspended until the problem is resolved).


2. Service Termination

Subscribed package expires and is not renewed;

User applies for account cancellation;

User uses the service in violation of regulations, and we terminate the service;

We cease operation of FastLink VPN services (announced 30 days in advance);

Termination of services as required by laws and regulations.


3. Account Cancellation

Users may apply for account cancellation through the client/official website/customer service, and shall settle unpaid fees before cancellation;

After account cancellation, all subscription rights immediately become invalid, and unused duration is non-refundable (except in accordance with refund rules);

After account cancellation, user data will be irreversibly deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and cannot be recovered;

Account cancellation does not affect our right to pursue liability for the user's previous violations.



7. Intellectual Property Statement

All intellectual property rights of FastLink VPN (including but not limited to software copyrights, trademarks, patents, domain names, copywriting, logos, interface designs, etc.) are owned by us;

Users may only use the above intellectual property rights within the authorized scope, and shall not copy, modify, disseminate, or sell them;

Without written authorization, no unit/individual may use FastLink VPN's trademarks, logos, names, etc. for publicity, promotion, or transactions;

If users infringe our intellectual property rights, we will pursue their legal liability and claim compensation for all losses.



8. Disclaimer

1. Force Majeure Disclaimer

We are not liable for service abnormalities/termination caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, network interruptions, or operator failures;

After the occurrence of force majeure, we will make every effort to reduce losses and notify users in a timely manner.


2. Third-Party Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for service abnormalities caused by rule changes, failures, or banning of third-party platforms (such as websites, APPs, payment institutions);

We are not liable for inability to use the service due to the user's device system, software conflicts, or network environment;

We are not liable for losses caused by user data loss or leakage (not caused by us).


3. Service Effect Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the service speed will reach a specific value (affected by network environment, devices, node load, etc.);

We do not guarantee access to all websites/APPs (uncontrollable factors such as third-party restrictions and regional policies);

Free trial services do not promise stability and are for experience purposes only; we are not liable for faults in free services.


4. Indirect Loss Disclaimer

We only bear limited liability for direct losses, and do not bear indirect losses, lost profits, mental damages, etc. (including but not limited to:

Commercial losses, data loss, or opportunity losses caused by service abnormalities;

Third-party claims caused by the use of the service;

Other non-direct losses.


5. Liability Cap

The maximum compensation for paid users shall not exceed the actual service fee paid by the user;

The maximum compensation for free users is 0 (except in case of our intentional/gross negligence).



9. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over the location of FastLink VPN's operating entity;

During the dispute resolution period, other contents of these Terms shall remain valid except for the disputed part.



10. Other Terms

The headings of these Terms are for reading convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the Terms;

If any part of these Terms is invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other parts;

Our failure to exercise a certain right shall not be deemed as a waiver of that right;

Matters not covered by these Terms may be agreed upon through supplementary agreements, which shall have the same legal effect as these Terms;
